Services Provided

Lova Cleaning LLC provides professional residential and rental cleaning services. The scope of work for each service (Standard, Rental, Move-In/Move-Out) is detailed on our What's Included page.

Pricing & Final Estimations

  • ​​Arrival Walkthrough: All prices generated during online booking are professional estimates. Final pricing is confirmed only after an arrival walkthrough by a Lova Cleaning LLC representative.

  • Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the final balance if the property’s condition or size (bedroom/bathroom count) differs from the booking description. This includes, but is not limited to: heavy grime buildup, excessive pet hair, or undisclosed restoration needs.

  • Payments: All deposit payments are processed securely via Wix Payments. All final service payments are processed securely via Clover. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

Access to Property

If our team cannot enter the property within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be cancelled and the $20 booking deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of your $20 booking deposit."

Session Duration & Timing

  • Project Completion Basis: Lova Cleaning LLC operates on a Project Completion basis, not an hourly rate. While we provide estimated timeframes for your convenience (e.g., 4–5 hours), our team remains on-site until the specific "Lova Standard" for your booked service is achieved.

  • Fluidity of Time: Estimated durations are subject to change based on the specific needs of the residence. No discounts or refunds are provided if a session is completed faster than the initial estimate, as you are paying for the result, not the time.

  • Arrival Windows: We will do our best to arrive at every project site 15 minutes before the scheduled cleaning. Please allow for a 30-minute arrival window to account for Denver traffic conditions and equipment load-in. 

Service Exclusions & Liability

  • Safety First: As noted in our Service Exclusions, we do not handle biohazards, hoarding situations, or heavy lifting.

  • Liability: Lova Cleaning LLC is fully insured. While we treat your home with the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear (e.g., loose grout, old window seals).

  • Wall Cleaning: We provide light spot cleaning only. We do not perform full wall washing requests.

Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with your clean, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the specific area at no additional cost. For more details, please view our full Refund Policy.

Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
