Please be aware that residences with heavy buildup, excessive grease, or neglected conditions are subject to additional labor costs, which will be finalized during our initial walkthrough.

Lova Cleaning Service Exclusions

The following services are strictly excluded from our scope of work and are not available as add-ons.

Range Hoods & Vents: We provide surface-level wiping of the exterior only. We do not clean interior hood vents, grease filters, or mechanical components due to liability and specialized equipment requirements.

Hoarding: We do not provide cleaning for hoarding situations or extreme clutter/junk removal.

Laundry & Ironing: We do not provide clothing care, washing, drying, or pressing services. Our Laundry Unit Restoration add-on is strictly for the deep sanitization of the appliances themselves, not the contents.

Basements & Garages: Our services are limited to finished living areas only; we do not clean unfinished basements or garage interiors.

Patios & Outdoor Spaces: Our services are currently limited to the interior of the home only. We do not provide cleaning for patios, decks, porches, or exterior entryways at this time. (Stay tuned—outdoor restoration services coming soon!)

Full Wall Washing: We provide light spot cleaning only (e.g., scuffs or shoe marks). To protect your paint and finishes, we do not scrub or wash entire walls.

High/Exterior Windows: We clean reachable interior glass only. We do not use ladders or clean the exterior of windows.

Heavy Lifting: Our team does not move heavy furniture, appliances, or oversized items.

Biohazards & Infestations: We do not handle mold remediation, animal/human waste, or pest-related cleanups.
