5-Star Hospitality Turnovers Our Rental Cleaning service is engineered for the discerning host who prioritizes 5-star reviews and seamless transitions. We don't just clean; we stage your property to hospitality standards, acting as your "eyes on the ground" for damage reporting and supply levels. The Lova Hospitality Protocol: Linen Management: We require two sets of linens on-site. We strip used linens and stage with your fresh secondary set, leaving used items in your designated laundry area. Kitchen & Dining: We handle the "Load & Start" of your dishwasher and sanitize all surfaces. (Note: Extensive hand-washing is not included). Sanitized Bathrooms: Deep-scrub of all fixtures, polished chrome/mirrors, and restocking of guest toiletries (using host-provided supplies). Living Areas & Finish: Detailed vacuuming, mopped streak-free floors, and organized guest guides. We perform a "lost-and-found" and damage sweep after every guest. Reliable Timing: We prioritize your check-in window to ensure the home is guest-ready by your 3 PM or 4 PM deadline.
