Our Satisfaction Guarantee

The 24-Hour Reporting Window

​Because a clean home is subject to daily use and environmental factors, we require that any service issues be reported within 24 hours of your appointment's completion. Please email us at marshallmv@lovacleaning.com with a brief description and photos of the area.

Our "Make It Right" Process

If a deficiency is reported within the 24-hour window, we will schedule a complimentary re-clean of the specific area(s) in question. We aim to complete all re-cleans within 48 hours of the report.

Refund Exclusions

As a service-based business, we do not offer cash refunds, credits, or chargebacks for completed labor. Our policy is strictly to provide a re-clean of the unsatisfactory areas to ensure you receive the quality you paid for.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy.

  • The $20 Booking Deposit: A non-refundable $20 deposit is required to secure all appointments. This amount is applied toward your final service total.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: 

    • 24+ Hours Notice: You may reschedule your appointment at no cost, and your $20 deposit will transfer to the new date.

    • Less than 24 Hours Notice: If you cancel without rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice, the $20 deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.

    • Property Access (Lockouts): Our team allows a 20-minute grace period for property access. If we are unable to enter the property within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, the appointment will be cancelled and the $20 deposit will be forfeited.
