This comprehensive deep clean is intended to meet the rigorous standards of property managers and realtors, helping you secure your security deposit or prep a perfect listing. The MIMO All-Inclusive Checklist: This service covers total interiors (cabinets, drawers, pantries, and closets) and full interior/exterior appliance detailing (fridge, oven, dishwasher, and microwave). We perform intensive bathroom scrubbing, hand-wipe all baseboards and frames, and finish with multi-pass vacuuming and professional streak-free mopping. Note on Condition: Listed rates below assume a standard level of soil. Residences found in excessive condition (heavy grease, grime buildup, or trash) may be subject to additional fees to cover the extra labor and materials required.
