Our MIMO service is a high-detail sanitization protocol designed for seamless transitions. Please note: Our "Big Three" Appliance Package is an optional $80 add-on for Standard MIMO cleans but is fully included in our Deep MIMO rates. The Lova Transition Protocol: Full Interior Sanitization: We clean inside every cabinet, drawer, and pantry. Detail Surface Care: Hand-wiping of all baseboards, door frames, and window sills to remove dust and build-up. Sanitized Bathrooms: A top-to-bottom scrub and disinfection of all fixtures, tiles, and floors to ensure a "brand new" feel. Floor Excellence: High-detail vacuuming and mopped streak-free floors throughout the entire residence. Our Reliability Guarantee: Security & Trust: We understand the importance of your property’s security. Our team is fully insured and follows strict key-handling protocols. Bond-Back Ready: Our checklist is designed to meet the rigorous standards of property managers and realtors, helping you secure your security deposit or prep for a perfect listing. Last-Minute Flexibility: We know moving dates change. We offer flexible scheduling to fit your specific closing or lease-end deadlines. Service Safety & Exclusions: Biohazard & Hoarding: To ensure team safety, we do not offer hoarding remediation or cleaning of biohazards (including mold, lead, or animal/human waste). Insurance: We are a fully insured LLC. Secure your date with a $20 deposit, which will be applied to your final project total. Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
