The Lova Standard of Maintenance Designed for the discerning homeowner who values a consistently fresh and healthy environment. The Lova Standard focuses on high-traffic areas and essential sanitization to keep your sanctuary in peak condition. The "Lova Standard" Checklist: Kitchen: Sanitization of countertops, sinks, faucets, stovetop, appliance exteriors, and interior microwave. Bathrooms: Comprehensive scrub of toilets, tubs, and showers; polished chrome and mirrors. Living & Common Areas: General dusting, trash removal, detailed vacuuming of rugs, and professional streak-free mopping of hard floors. Bedrooms: General tidying and remaking of beds (upon request). Need a more intensive clean? Upgrade to the Lova Signature Deep Clean: Our Deep Clean is a total restoration service recommended for first-time visits or seasonal resets. In addition to everything in the Lova Standard, we include: Hand-washing of all baseboards, doors, and frames. Sanitization of light switches and high-touch areas. Buildup removal (soap scum, grease, and grime) and grout scrubbing. Ceiling corners (cobweb removal) and cleaning behind reachable furniture. Reachable interior windows and detailing of light fixtures. Service Safety & Exclusions: Biohazard & Hoarding: To ensure team safety, we do not provide cleaning for hoarding situations or biohazards (including mold, lead, or waste). Heavy Lifting: Our team does not move heavy furniture or oversized appliances. Insurance: We are a fully insured LLC.
