The Lova Hospitality Protocol: Seamless Linen Rotation: To ensure your check-in deadline is met, we utilize your secondary linen set for an immediate stage. Used linens are professionally stripped and placed in your designated laundry area for processing. Kitchen & Dining: We handle the "Load & Start" of your dishwasher and sanitize all surfaces. (Note: Extensive hand-washing is not included). Sanitized Bathrooms: Deep-scrub of all fixtures, polished chrome/mirrors, and restocking of guest toiletries (using host-provided supplies). Living Areas & Finish: Detailed vacuuming, mopped streak-free floors, and organized guest guides. We perform a "lost-and-found" and damage sweep after every guest. Reliable Timing: We prioritize your check-in window to ensure the home is guest-ready by your 3 PM or 4 PM deadline. Damage & Supply Audit: Every turnover includes a 'lost-and-found' sweep and a visual damage report. We notify you immediately of any maintenance needs or low guest supplies. Deep Clean tiers add restorative scrubbing of baseboards, interior windows, and grout. Interior appliance detailing (Oven/Fridge) is available as an Add-on to ensure your turnover stays within the narrow check-in window. Note on Timing: While we block out a 4-hour window for this session, Lova Cleaning operates on a project-completion basis.
