Floor Excellence: Precision vacuuming and professional-grade mopping of hard surfaces. Waste Management: Systematic removal of trash and recycling, including liner replacement. Detail Dusting: Comprehensive dusting of common area surfaces, window sills, and reachable light fixtures. High-Touch Sanitization: Targeted disinfection of door handles, light switches, and communal equipment. OFFICE ESTIMATED STARTING RATES Small (< 1,000 sq ft): Starting at $185 Medium (< 2,500 sq ft): Starting at $315 Large (< 5,000 sq ft): Starting at $500 The Lova Corporate Advantage: Liability & Trust: Full Certificates of Insurance (COI) provided upon request. Custom Scheduling: After-hours and weekend availability to ensure zero downtime. Eco-Lova Upgrade (Optional): We offer a full plant-based, non-toxic protocol for offices prioritizing employee health and air quality. Pricing for this upgrade is finalized during the walkthrough. On-Site Confirmation: Final pricing and scope are confirmed during our required on-site walkthrough. We offer daily, weekly, and bi-weekly contracts. Flexible Supply Protocols: We provide all professional-grade equipment and supplies, but we are happy to integrate client-specific products or machinery upon request during the walkthrough.
